At CCS, we are traditional in our approach to education. Our ministry is to train young people in the Bible, Christian character, language, and traditional subject matter.
Our students need to be trained in the way they should go (Prov. 22:6) so they will have a firm foundation from which to evaluate the present and make proper decisions for the future.
For this purpose, we use mostly A BEKA Books and BJU Press publications. For our math program we have incorporated the highly acclaimed Saxon Math Series. Computer classes, art, music and physical education are also important aspects of our total training at CCS.
Bible is the most important subject in the Christian school so it is taught daily and systematically to all students. Our goal is to provide students with a firm foundation for life and a shield against error. Chapel services and Christian service also provide opportunities for our students to serve the Lord and apply what they learn.
The school library contains excellent, well-chosen literature and reference materials, and is fully cataloged.
