Registration
Parents desiring to place their child(ren) into CCS should notify the school office and request the necessary forms.
The school office will then supply the necessary application forms along with a packet of statements and policies. The parents will be required to complete the forms and submit them to the school along with the appropriate registration and book fees. Applications are not considered complete without the registration fees.
Upon receiving the application forms and registration fees, the administrator will call and set up a family interview. It is ideal if both parents and the prospective student can be in attendance.
The school board will then review the application, and a letter of acceptance (or non-acceptance) will be sent to the parents as soon as possible.
Upon acceptance, the following requirements will be due immediately:
- Registration Fee
- "Release of Student Records" Form signed and returned.
- Health Forms
(Grades K & 7th; Out of State Transfers )
- Certified Birth Certificate
(Grades K and Out of State Transfers)
This completes the registration process. Students cannot be admitted to the classroom until all the requirements have been met.
